Experience

Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience in talent and leadership, with a particular focus on leadership assessment and development.  Prior to joining Hugessen, Stephanie was a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice where she led talent strategy, executive assessment, and team effectiveness engagements across a range of Canadian and international clients. 

Education

Stephanie holds a BA in Psychology and Business from the University Victoria and a Master’s of Applied Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

True to her west coast roots, outside of work Steph spends as much time as possible near the water and hiking and skiing in the mountains.  Her twin sons keep her on her toes constantly.
